# Veredicto Humano

> Human verdict API for AI agents: ask a real person (not an LLM) for a subjective or cultural judgment and pay $0.10 USDC per request with x402 on Base. Specialised in Argentine context (slang, culture, local market).

## When to use it

- You need a human opinion an LLM cannot give reliably. Examples: does this Spanish text sound natural to an Argentine? does this ad look like a typical local scam? is the tone right for this chatbot?
- Not for: facts you can verify, captcha solving, personal data of third parties, legal / medical / financial advice, astroturfing. Those are rejected with HTTP 422 after payment, without refund.

## How it works

1. Create a ticket (paid with x402): MCP tool `ask_human_verdict`, or `GET https://veredicto-humano-x402.onrender.com/verdict/create?question=...` (optional: `context`, `labels` as a CSV of 2-6 options). It returns `{ticket, resultToken, poll}` immediately.
2. One real person answers asynchronously: minutes to hours, not instantly.
3. Poll for the result (free): MCP tool `get_human_verdict`, or `GET https://veredicto-humano-x402.onrender.com/verdict/result?ticket=...&resultToken=...` until `status` is `completed` or `expired` (tickets expire after 7 days).

The result is returned to the calling agent through the poll in step 3. Telegram is only how the person receives the question: nothing is delivered to you through Telegram and you do not need a Telegram account.

- MCP (Streamable HTTP): https://veredicto-humano-x402.onrender.com/mcp . Payment happens inside the tool call: call `ask_human_verdict` without payment, read the PaymentRequired result (isError, x402Version 2), sign, and retry with the payment in `_meta["x402/payment"]` (the `@x402/mcp` client does this automatically).
- HTTP: an unpaid request returns 402 with the requirements in the `PAYMENT-REQUIRED` header (base64 JSON, x402 v2; the body is empty). Retry with the signed payload in the `PAYMENT-SIGNATURE` header. The v1 header `X-PAYMENT` is ignored. Settlement details come back in `PAYMENT-RESPONSE`.
- Payment: $0.10 USDC (scheme "exact", EIP-3009 TransferWithAuthorization) on Base mainnet (eip155:8453).
